Job Overview
The
Recruiter IV
will act as a senior
Talent Advisor
, supporting a high-volume recruitment portfolio within a leading Canadian financial institution. This role partners closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders to deliver compliant, timely, and high-quality hiring outcomes while enhancing both
candidate and Hiring Manager experience
. The position supports claim and advisor roles and operates within a collaborative Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
for a complex, high-volume portfolio across multiple lines of business - Act as a trusted
Talent Advisor
to Hiring Managers and senior leaders, providing market insights and workforce recommendations - Develop and execute innovative sourcing and
diversity recruitment strategies
using market data and best practices - Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates
- Advise stakeholders on talent market gaps, alternative sourcing strategies, and hiring approaches
- Ensure an optimal candidate and Hiring Manager experience aligned to enterprise customer experience standards
- Maintain expert knowledge of recruitment-related HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Analyze and leverage recruitment metrics and reporting to guide decision-making
- Promote employer brand through networking, advertising, and social recruiting channels
- Support governance, compliance, risk management, and audit requirements throughout the hiring process
- Facilitate UAT-style interview frameworks and ensure adherence to compliance standards
- Participate in team knowledge sharing, mentorship, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in
Talent Acquisition or Recruiting - Executive-level exposure as a
TA Partner supporting senior leaders - Experience managing recruitment across
multiple lines of business - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads
- Excellent verbal and written
communication skills - Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
Preferred:
- Financial Services or Banking industry experience
- Call center or advisor-volume recruiting experience
- Insurance industry exposure
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Strong working knowledge of
Workday (HRIS)
Disqualifier:
- Multiple short-term contracts on resume
