Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring that our customers receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service.

Duties

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling and processing of payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and service areas in accordance with health regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
  • Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure all guests are attended to promptly during busy service periods.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with food handling safety standards is advantageous.
  • Using Square POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
  • A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to engage with guests positively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
