Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and dependable Host / Server / Take-Out Attendant to join our team. This position plays an important role in delivering excellent customer service by welcoming guests, providing attentive table service, managing take-out orders, and accurately handling meal vouchers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
  • Take dine-in and take-out orders accurately (in person and by phone)
  • Enter orders correctly into the POS system
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
  • Prepare, package, and verify take-out orders for accuracy
  • Handle payments including cash, credit cards, and meal vouchers
  • Verify, process, and record meal vouchers according to company procedures
  • Answer guest questions regarding menu items, specials, and promotions
  • Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house, dining, and take-out areas
  • Assist with restocking supplies and completing side work
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred (not required)
  • Experience handling vouchers, coupons, or POS systems is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items

Schedule

  • Evening shift: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Monday through Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.35 per hour
