Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host, servers and bartenders to join our fun, dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be welcoming and friendly and ensure an exceptional dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
  • Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and accommodating special requests.
  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the menu and restaurant policies.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
  • Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, for managing guest orders when necessary.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food service operations is a plus. Serve it Right certificate.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
