We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Site Assessment and Remediation (SAR) team.   You'll bring your knowledge of all aspects of site assessment, investigations and remediation to work on a variety of interesting and challenging projects across Canada and internationally. Ideally this role would be based in our Whitehorse, Calgary, Victoria or Burnaby, offices, but for the right candidate remote options are available.

About The Role

  • Develop and maintain key client relationships and support growth of the team and business.
  • Direct and perform highly complex or specialized aspects of the work while working with technical experts and overseeing projects involving multiple service areas and subcontracts as well as stakeholder, client and / or schedule challenges.
  • Provide expert support and advice within and outside of the organization.
  • Mentor and develop staff.
  • Budget and scheduling.

About You

  • Recognized as a technical leader in environmental investigations and remediation with a dedication to and passion for your discipline.
  • 12+ years of experience in contaminated sites as a Project Manager
  • Expert understanding of contaminated sites regulatory requirements.
  • Experience within land development, mining and/or transportation is an asset.
  • Consulting acumen, including an entrepreneurial spirit, strong self-direction, and overarching belief in client satisfaction.
  • Strong people skills and an ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and training staff.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills.

Salary range: $130,000 - $170,000 annually
