The position: Quality Assurance & Maintenance

We are looking for a part-time leading to full-time quality assurance manager to conduct walkthroughs, ensure construction quality, identify deficiencies, address issues, reporting, confirm milestones and various other aspects related to ensuring the quality and progress of construction projects. The position would require you on site 3-5 days a week, M-S, anytime which your schedule allows for. The compensation would be hourly and this position until it moves to fulltime is ideal for someone in a similar position, construction, or similar who could ideally add this to their current schedule as an additional couple hours per day after their shift elsewhere, or someone required who is looking to keep busy and finds construction progress and seeing spaces revitalized exciting.

In addition, you'd be responsible for maintenance requests for our portfolio (this is not a requirement but would be added asset to take-on). Tools would be supplied by you to conduct the required work.

Requirements:

· Transportation

· Construction knowledge in all aspects of construction (plumbing, construction, framing, drywall, so on and so forth) of at least 5 years

· Strong communication and organizational skills
