The Opportunity

We're looking for a Sales Associate who is eager to learn, hardworking, and genuinely interested in the world of jewellery — from gemstones and precious metals to design and craftsmanship. What matters most to us is enthusiasm, reliability, and a true curiosity and positive attitude toward learning the full breadth of this fascinating industry.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and assist customers in selecting fine jewellery pieces

  • Provide knowledgeable, genuine service and support in a team environment

  • Assist with digital marketing content creation and posting

  • Handle sales transactions, repairs, and special orders with security and attention to detail

  • Maintain the presentation of merchandise, including dusting, vacuuming and cleaning

  • Learn about gemstones, metals, and the design process through hands-on experience

This role offers the chance to go deeper — to learn about gemmology, metallurgy, goldsmithing, and jewellery design from an inside perspective. While this position begins with sales and customer service, those who show real commitment and curiosity will have opportunities to learn more about the creative and technical sides of the trade
