Position: Retail Sales Associate

Employment Type: Full-time for midweek and weekends

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with their inquiries, providing excellent customer service and personalized styling advice
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Preparing and inspecting new inventory for the sales floor
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and vintage clothing knowledge to better serve customers
- Restocking merchandise and retail supplies
- Maintaining cleanliness of store including sweeping floors, mopping floors, dusting, vacuuming, etc.
- Contribute to the overall success of the store by assisting with various tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a fashion-related setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work well within a team and independently, self-motivated and proactive
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for organizing and merchandising
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Genuine passion for sustainable living and vintage fashion
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy items

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

- Fashion retail: 1 year (preferred)
