Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Dieppe, NB. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing online marketing campaigns, analyzing performance using web analytics, and overseeing social media marketing efforts. You will collaborate with teams to optimize communication and ensure campaigns align with brand goals. Your work will contribute directly to creating growth-focused marketing systems for our clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting data using Web Analytics
  • Strong Communication skills for cross-team collaboration and client interaction
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
  • Experience with demand generation and performance marketing strategies is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC campaigns is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is highly desirable
