TekStaff is an IT Placement agency and interested in positioning you with our client.

This is a 12 months contract located in Toronto/Ontario, Hybrid(2 days on site, 4 days onsite starting 2026

  • Looking for Scrum master who is working on Infrastructure, Engineer, Datacentre space
  • Working on data centre maintenance as scrum master
  • must have 7 years of Scrum Master experience, good infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Data Centres) background – not to be technical
  • Would have worked on PODs work on features, on-calls/supports
  • As scrum Master needs to understand that they need to drive the project without disturbing the day-to-day support
  • SAFE 5 or 6 certification would be a very nice to have
  • Experience with Jira roadmaps is a must

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

1.) 7+ years of Scrum Master experience

2.) Someone who has supported at least 1 infrastructure project and understands infrastructure as a whole

3.) Scrum Master (Safe 5 or 6) certification

NICE-TO-HAVE

1.) Prior banking or financial institutions experience

2.) Agile coaching experience (coaching pods, and understanding Agile best practices)

3.) Experience using Jira or similar tools
