We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Scrum Master to champion agility, coaching, and continuous improvement within our dynamic technology teams. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating our Scrum processes, removing impediments, and fostering an environment where high-performing teams can deliver exceptional value. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader, a skilled communicator, and a proactive problem-solver with a proven track record of guiding multiple teams in a complex environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 7+ years
    of experience as a Scrum Master, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum frameworks.
  • 5+ years
    of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
  • 3+ years
    of experience using Clarity for portfolio and project management.
  • 5+ years
    of proven experience handling and coordinating multiple Scrum teams (pods) simultaneously in a scaled environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience in the
    Capital Markets
    or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with the
    Eclipse
    IDE or development environment.
  • Working knowledge of
    Golang
    (Go) or experience working with development teams that use it.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
