Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and coach the team on Scrum and Agile principles, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure well-defined backlogs and clear priorities.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
- Support the development team in achieving sprint goals and maintaining sustainable velocity.
- Track, analyze, and report on team performance metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts).
- Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
- Act as a servant leader, ensuring the team remains motivated, focused, and self-organizing.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to align expectations and improve delivery outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to coach teams and stakeholders in Agile mindset and practices.
- Experience working with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent certification).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00-$70.00 per hour
