Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Esthetician with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a medical spa or aesthetic clinic setting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform a variety of medical aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other advanced skincare procedures.

· Conduct skin analysis and consultations to recommend personalized treatment plans.

· Educate clients on skincare routines and medical-grade products.

· Maintain accurate treatment records and client charts.

· Ensure a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.

· Promote packages, services, and retail products to support client needs.

· Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Esthetician in a spa or clinic setting.

· Certification/Diploma in Medical Aesthetics from a recognized institution.

· Proficiency in medical-grade treatments (microneedling, chemical peels, laser, etc.).

· Strong knowledge of skin care products and protocols.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Sales experience and ability to promote treatments and retail products.

· Must be professional, reliable, and client-oriented.
