Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performing advanced aesthetic procedures, including facials, laser hair removal, microneedling, and chemical peels. The Medical Aesthetician will be responsible for providing high-quality treatments, personalized skincare consultations, and exceptional client care in a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Aesthetic Procedures:
• Conduct advanced facials, including customized treatments based on individual skin types and concerns.
• Administer laser hair removal treatments with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform microneedling procedures to enhance skin texture and reduce signs of aging.
• Apply chemical peels to address various skin conditions, ensuring client safety and optimal results.
• Client Consultation and Care:
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Develop personalized skincare plans tailored to clients' needs and goals.
• Provide education on skincare routines, aftercare, and lifestyle adjustments to support long-term skin health.
• Maintain Equipment and Safety Standards:
• Ensure all aesthetic equipment is maintained, sanitized, and functioning correctly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper sterilization and infection control practices.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Address client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Promote and educate clients on additional services and products.
• Administrative Duties:
• Manage appointment scheduling and client records efficiently.
• Handle product inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and client progress notes.

Qualifications:

• Certification & Education:
• Licensed Medical Aesthetician.
• Any additional training or certifications in Aesthetics would be helpful.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics with a focus on facials, laser hair removal, microneedling, and chemical peels.
• Proven track record of successful client outcomes and satisfaction.
• Skills:
• Expertise in advanced aesthetic procedures and skincare treatments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of current trends and advancements in medical aesthetics.
