Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, hair threading, and eyelash extensions to enhance clients' natural beauty.
  • Provide professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and intricate nail art using advanced techniques.
  • Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades for makeup and nail designs that complement clients' features.
  • Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and maintenance tips to ensure optimal results.
  • Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety.
  • Upsell retail products related to skincare, nail care, hair extensions, and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Stay current with industry trends in hair styling, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, and esthetic laser treatments to provide innovative services.

Requirements

  • Valid cosmetology license with certification in esthetics and nail technology from an accredited program.
  • Experience in providing a wide range of beauty services including skin treatments, body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, and hair threading.
  • Knowledge of color theory and advanced nail care techniques to create customized looks for each client.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Familiarity with sanitation protocols and best practices for maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Ability to perform retail sales confidently through upselling techniques while prioritizing client needs.
  • Additional skills such as barbering or experience with esthetic laser treatments are a plus but not required.
