Summary

QualRecruit is seeking an entry-level candidate for an Operations Associate role. As an Operations Associate, you will learn qualitative research project management from square one. This role presents a path to advancement to candidates who demonstrate drive, conscientiousness, and a sense of ownership. Key responsibilities:

Reporting in to the Operations Director, the operations associate will

  • Place calls to qualitative study applicants to confirm they qualify for studies and schedule them to participate
  • Handle inbound communications from respondents (commonly questions about payment and rescheduling)
  • Communicate ongoing progress to the Operations Director
  • Develop familiarity and comfort with more advanced applications of QualRecruit's project management technology including survey programming and sample management
  • General duties assigned by the QualRecruit team across all functions of the organization

Some nice to haves

  • You should have finished post-secondary, be working towards a degree, or can explain why you chose something else.
  • Fluency in multiple languages. QualRecruit's team needs to communicate with respondents all over the world.

Hours, compensation, and employment Type

  • Associates will work in-person at QualRecruit's office in downtown Ottawa during ET working hours (9 AM to 5 PM M-F) at a rate of C$20/hr
