Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Math Instructor to teach students from Kindergarten to Grade 10. The ideal candidate is passionate about math and enjoys working with children. You'll be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, helping students overcome their math challenges, and inspiring them to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach math concepts to students in Grades K-8 using the Mathnasium Method.
  • Assess students' math skills and tailor lessons to meet their individual needs.
  • Create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
  • Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and the center director.
  • Encourage students to develop a positive attitude toward math.
  • Assist with homework and test preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Strong math skills up to Grade 8 level.
  • Previous teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and relatable way.
  • Passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
  • Positive, patient, and energetic demeanor.
  • Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
