Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Piano and Vocal Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about teaching and able to foster a love of music in students. While piano and voice are the primary focus, the ability to teach additional instruments is considered a strong asset.
Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging, individualized piano and/or voice instruction to students of varying ages and skill levels
- Prepare students for performances and personal goals
- Maintain clear communication with students and families
- Contribute to a positive and professional studio environment
- Participate in choir with piano accompaniment
- Participate in staff meetings and student performance events when needed
Qualifications:
- Formal training in piano (degree, diploma, or equivalent experience) is an asset but not required
- Previous teaching and/or performance experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Comfortable teaching students from beginner to advanced levels
- Experience with Choir Accompaniment is an asset.
- Availability

Compensation:
$34/hour
