We're Hiring – General Manager (Moncton, NB)

Are you ready to step into a leadership role where your construction experience drives real results?

We're looking for a General Manager with proven experience in building construction and renovation — someone ready to take full ownership of operations, lead a large team, and drive company performance.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for overseeing all construction operations — from major projects to service work — ensuring that every team, process, and project delivers exceptional results.

As the leader of a 125-person team, you'll work closely with field and office leaders to ensure that revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction are achieved consistently. You'll coach and develop managers, align teams to company goals, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements
About You

You've built your career in the buildings construction industry, managing commercial or institutional projects and leading teams both on-site and in the office. You know how to plan, organize, and execute complex work — and how to get the best out of people.

You've worked for a General Contractor or specialized building Subtrade, you're comfortable sitting at the leadership table, and you understand what it means to manage both people and performance.

Who We're Looking For

You bring:

  • 5+ years of construction management experience in building construction
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team
  • Civil, mechanical, or construction engineering background (college or university)
  • Experience as Senior Leadership Team Member
