We are seeking a Construction Coordinator to support day-to-day project operations across active construction sites. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and looking to grow their career in construction project management.

You'll work closely with Project Managers, site teams, and external partners to keep projects running smoothly, on schedule, and well-documented.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of construction projects
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups
  • Track project documentation (drawings, RFIs, change orders, permits, etc.)
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Help prepare progress reports and maintain project records
  • Support site administration and ensure information flows smoothly between office and field
  • Assist with health & safety documentation and compliance tracking

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in construction, trades, engineering, project coordination, or site administration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient with MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel skills are an asset)
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a construction environment

Nice to Have

  • Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field
  • Experience working on construction sites or with subcontractors
  • Familiarity with project management software
