Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity
Working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Product, & Operations, you will help enable the successful execution of UEAT Phase 3 migration and ensuring merchant onboarding readiness. You will evaluate system performance and lead the design of sustainable process improvements through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on driving revenue, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto or Montreal office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Director - Product, Sales & Operations Platforms.
Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
Lead process readiness and gap analysis to support UEAT Phase 3 migration.
Drive operational efficiency and reduce manual effort in merchant onboarding.
Translate business needs into scalable process improvements.
Support documentation and training for new workflows and tools to ensure smooth adoption and operational continuity.
Implement and lead reporting improvements from frontline teams to leadership, contributing to the continuous improvement plan.
Collaborate with Sales, Product and Operations teams to gather input, align departmental needs, and ensure proposed solutions are optimal and do not disrupt parallel processes.
Develop a quality assurance culture across departments to ensure problem resolution is sustainable.
Your Moneris Career - What you bring
Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years experience working in a process improvement, program management or relevant role.
Experience in process mapping and optimization, especially in digital onboarding and sales workflows.
Familiarity with platform integrations (e.g., UEAT, OMS, ServiceNow) and API-driven environments.
Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to identify process gaps and measure improvements.
Proven ability in change management and stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams.
Agile delivery experience, including working with Product Owners, Analysts, and Developers.
Lean Six Sigma green belt certification or equivalent.
Knowledge in 5S, Value stream mapping, A3 process, kaizen methodology.
Bilingual English & French is a strong asset
