Description du poste

Résumé des fonctions Le titulaire de ce poste aide le superviseur de la répartition des petits colis à analyser la répartition et à effectuer les tâches quotidiennes qui soutiennent les équipes de répartition et de préchargement. Il est responsable de l'analyse des plans de répartition, de l'identification des opportunités, de la publication des rapports et des vérifications des services. Responsabilités : Vérifier les téléchargements du système. Identifier diverses défaillances et exceptions des services. Imprimer et distribuer plusieurs rapports quotidiens. Faire les mises à jour nécessaires du rapport et communiquer les changements au superviseur de la répartition des petits colis. Utiliser des outils de cartographie. Tracer les données précédentes et comparer la répartition réelle à la répartition prévue. Maintenir une analyse de boucle pour assurer une analyse périodique de toutes les boucles. Utiliser les rapports et les systèmes disponibles. Effectuer la vérification mensuelle de la répartition. Exigences relatives au poste : Être titulaire d'un baccalauréat, ou d'un équivalent international – Privilégié Connaissance du système de planification de la répartition et de la CDU Expérience quant à l'utilisation des produits Microsoft Office ou de logiciels équivalents Orientation client et solides compétences de planification et d'organisation Connaissance des technologies relatives à l'acheminement des colis – Privilégié
