Position Overview
The incumbent is responsible for scheduling appointments using the central computerized system. He/she maintains files and provides patients with the information they need to prepare for their examination.
Current schedule: day shifts
- Day shifts, Monday to Friday
- Possibility of teleworking
Criminal Check
As a pre-condition of employment:
- All new HGH employees will be required to obtain and provide a satisfactory Police Records Check dated within six (6) months from the date of issue.
- As of now, HGH will require all employees, physicians, learners, contractors and volunteers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

What we are looking for
- High school diploma.
- Computer skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology would be an asset
- Experience working with the telephone and a high level of customer service
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage stress
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both official languages
- Must have a good attendance record
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude consistent with HGH values
- Satisfactory review of employee file by Human Resources
