Multidisciplinary Clerk, Booking MI

Position Overview The incumbent is responsible for scheduling appointments using the central computerized system. What we are looking for - High school diploma.- Computer skills- Knowledge of medical terminology would be an asset- Experience working with the telephone and a high level of customer service- Good interpersonal skills- Ability to manage stress- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both official languages- Must have a good attendance record- Must demonstrate a positive attitude consistent with HGH values- Satisfactory review of employee file by Human Resources Requirements
