Mathews Condo Law is expanding We are currently looking for a Corporate Condominium Lawyer who is passionate about community building, good governance, and everyday legal solutions that make a difference.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2-5 years of experience in corporate Condominium Law.
  • Experience is preferred (but not essential) in chairing condominium AGM's as well as chairing contentious requisitioned meetings.
  • A collaborative mindset, a commitment to service excellence and a passion for governance, fairness, and community-oriented lawyering.
  • The ideal candidate is comfortable with public speaking, knowledgeable about condominium governance procedures, adept at managing diverse groups and personalities, and motivated to take initiative and go beyond expectations.
  • Strong drafting, advisory, and client relationship skills are preferred but not required.

Location: North York, Ontario / Hybrid
