**Position Overview**

We are looking for an exceptional **Corporate Law Clerk** to work alongside one of our senior lawyers in our **Toronto Office**. A minimum of **3 years of experience** is preferred. Experience in **Condominium Law** is considered an asset but is not required.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Drafting and preparing constating documents, including by-laws, rules, and policies for condominium clients
- Preparing corporate resolutions and transactional documents (e.g., loans, asset/share purchases)
- Conducting corporate searches and updating corporate filings
- Handling corporate transaction closings
- Performing legal research on condominium corporate matters
- Organizing committee documentation and ensuring compliance with requirements
- Preparing educational seminar materials
- Reviewing legal descriptions and condominium constating documents
- Pulling instruments from the Land Registry Office
- Organizing, updating, and drafting legal precedents
- Assisting with legal writing
- Assisting with general administrative tasks, including document management, transcription, and coordinating deliveries
- Providing overflow support to other lawyers and staff

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- **Leadership abilities** to guide and support a team effectively
- Ability to work **independently** while following instructions and taking ownership of assigned tasks
- Strong experience in **Corporate**law
- **Commercial** and **Real Estate** law experience an asset
- High **attention to detail**:

- Typing speed of **80+ WPM**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Superior **written and oral communication skills** in English
- Strong writing, spelling, and grammar skills
- Excellent **organizational and time management skills**:

- Professional demeanour and ability to multitask effectively

**Education & Experience**
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 years of experience (preferred)
- **Education**: Completion of a Law Clerk’s diploma/certificate from an approved institution (preferred)

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent, In-Person
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
**Hours**: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break)
