We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Service Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting in food preparation and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a passion for the food industry.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Assist in food preparation, including assembling orders and maintaining food quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Provide support to team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Perform basic math calculations for order totals and change given.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
