Key Responsibilities:
As a Host, you'll play a key role in supporting both guests and your team. Some of your responsibilities include:

Creating a world-class first impression for every guest
Leading the front door experience with warmth, professionalism, and energy
Actively seeking opportunities to offer hospitality to guests and teammates
Answering phones, managing reservations, and fielding guest inquiries
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming host area and restaurant
Bussing and flipping tables quickly and efficiently to ensure smooth service flow
Taking takeout orders and assisting in accurately packing them up for pickup
Supporting new team member onboarding by modelling great hosting standards
