Republik is looking for a Creative Director to lead branding, campaign, and content projects for responsible brands. This person will lead part of the creative team and work closely with strategy and accounts to help mandates run smoothly.

- Collaborate with strategy and accounts to develop clear and inspiring creative briefs and realistic timelines
- Ensure that talent is assigned according to project needs, and oversee team priorities
- Contribute to creative concept ideation and coach project team, providing alignment throughout the process
- Ensure the smooth running of creative projects by tracking times and milestones, and anticipating obstacles
- Raise the quality and originality of the creative product by ensuring that artistic intent is well communicated, understood and realized in all phases of the project
- Build a creative team that shares the company's values, and offer them the support they need to grow and innovate (coaching and evaluation)
- Maintain a high level of employee experience and good customer relations
- Ensure the advancement, development and innovation of the agency's methodologies, processes and tools
- Play a leading role in the agency's business development initiatives, as well as in external outreach of expertise
- Experience in a creative leadership role within an agency or relevant environment
- Ability to lead creative projects independently, in collaboration with strategic and consulting departments
- Experience in branding, campaigns and content
- Ability to manage a creative team
- Ability to tell, explain and sell
- Creative vision that inspires
- Strong interest in social and environmental impact
