At Fairstone we're a customer-obsessed financial services company redefining how Canadians access and experience lending. Our culture is built on doing what's right and working together to get things done. We believe in empowering our people to challenge the status quo and deliver marketing that drives real business and customer impact.

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead acquisition programs for our Direct Lending business. Reporting to the Director, Marketing (Direct Lending), this role is pivotal in driving customer growth through high-performing channels, optimizing marketing investments, and delivering actionable insights that shape business decisions. You will be responsible for transforming our Direct Mail and Affiliate channels, owning acquisition measurement, and leading cross-functional optimization efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Leadership & Transformation

  • Affiliate Acquisition: Manage and grow the Affiliate channel by partnering with external organizations to generate high-quality leads. Optimize cost-per-acquisition and scale performance through strategic collaboration.

Acquisition Measurement & Insights

  • Own the end-to-end acquisition measurement framework across all channels (inclusive of the channels owned by others that support Direct Lending programs).

  • Develop and deliver timely, actionable insights that highlight business health, trends, and opportunities.

  • Create urgency and alignment across teams through clear communication of performance metrics, leading ongoing Performance forums/conversations with key stakeholders.

Optimization & Performance Management

  • Lead real-time optimization sessions with key stakeholders to reallocate investments and maximize ROI across channels.

  • Drive a test-and-learn culture, identifying opportunities for experimentation and scaling successful initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Digital Marketing to collaborate on the delivery of a total Acquisition channel view.

  • Partner with the Direct Lending Product Team to align on offers, promotions, and testing strategies.

  • Collaborate with Analytics to operationalize reporting, diagnostics, and performance tracking tools.  Co-lead the Attribution framework with Analytics, ensuring the continued evolution of this important tool is reflective of the evolving mix and consumer behaviour.

Work closely with Finance to manage the Acquisition Budget and Forecasting, and Pro Forma frameworks, ensuring accuracy and accountability

What you bring:
