Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging educational programs, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students' academic and personal growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
  • Facilitate interactive and inclusive classroom sessions that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations; provide constructive feedback.
  • Create a supportive environment that encourages student participation, confidence, and curiosity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational strategies and share best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and development.
  • Engage with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and address concerns.
  • Incorporate innovative teaching tools and technology to enrich the learning experience.

Requirements

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare certification.
  • Prior experience in teaching or educational program development is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students of varying backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Passion for education and commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods based on student needs and feedback.
  • Knowledge of current educational best practices and technological tools for instruction.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm for inspiring learners of all ages.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
