We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and repairs using hand tools, power tools, and schematics
  • Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
  • Repair or replace faulty components including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
  • Utilize welding skills for bodywork or structural repairs when necessary
  • Follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols during all repair procedures
  • Assist in assembly of vehicle parts and components as needed
  • Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs
  • Ensure work area is clean, organized, and adheres to safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently and accurately

Experience

  • Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required; relevant mechanic experience is essential
  • Proficiency with automotive schematics and technical manuals
  • Hands-on experience with automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics
  • Familiarity with welding techniques and heavy lifting safety procedures
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and the use of hand tools and power tools
  • Strong customer service skills to explain repairs clearly to clients
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a busy workshop environment
