We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Licensed Automotive Technician to join our growing service team in our new location in Barrie.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of vehicle makes and models, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Duties

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on various makes and models of vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues accurately.
  • Assist in the assembly of vehicle components as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's condition and necessary repairs.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician License (mandatory).
  • Valid G-class driver's license with a clean abstract.
  • Proven experience diagnosing and repairing various makes and models.
  • Strong technical and diagnostic abilities using modern scan tools.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
