We're looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations for the movement and storage of products and materials. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across warehouse activities.

What You'll Do

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and plant safety rules; actively promote a safe working environment.
• Investigate accidents/incidents promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain full knowledge of workplace hazards and enforce proper PPE usage.

Quality & Food Safety

• Monitor product and packaging to meet or exceed quality standards.
• Adhere to strict Food Safety and GMP requirements; halt activities when noncompliance risks arise.

Operational Leadership

• Provide leadership, training, and motivation to warehouse staff; manage performance and development.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, scheduling, and payroll approvals.
• Collaborate with Scheduling and Production teams to ensure materials are available for production.
• Manage external suppliers and vendors related to warehouse operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including SMED and OPL creation.
• Ensure SAP proficiency for inventory movements, goods receipt, and delivery.
• Lead inventory counts and maintain accurate records.

Environmental Responsibility

• Follow containment and reporting procedures for environmental releases.
• Minimize waste and manage hazardous materials responsibly.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

• Identify and address operational issues using root cause analysis (RCA).
• Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency.

About You

• 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (food production preferred).
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP standards.
• Lean training for CI projects (5S auditor, center lining).
• Strong leadership and conflict management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
