Barista & Front of House Staff:

Overview of Barista & Front of House Position:

  • This is your opportunity to hone the craft of being an expert-level barista As a Barista & Front of House Staff at aroma espresso bar, you are primarily responsible for crafting superior-quality espresso-based beverages and other drinks, while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, demonstrating a strong knowledge of coffee, and our drink and food menu, operating the cash/POS, dispatching orders, and paying strong attention to details to ensure our customers receive a top-quality experience.

Qualifications:

  • Acting as an ambassador of the brand: always being courteous and professional while assisting our guests with friendly, knowledgeable, and inviting communication

  • Previous experience working in customer service or as a barista would be preferred, but not mandatory.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE EXPERIENCE BUT ARE WILLING TO WORK HARD AND HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE, WE CAN TEACH YOU

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work efficiently and respectfully with other team members.

  • Ability to multi-task while paying close attention to detail and presentation.

  • A passion great coffee, fresh food and for serving customers.

  • A positive attitude

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early opening and late closing of the cafe, weekends and holidays as business requires.

  • Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.

  • Work permit required.
