As a Barista, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve not only preparing coffee and other drinks but also ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks according to established recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere and encourage repeat business.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- A passion for coffee and beverage preparation is highly desirable.

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
