 Automotive Service Sales

Automotive service sales professionals are responsible for selling repairs and service. They are experts in the auto industry. They sell and are capable of explaining the features of the services Midas provides. Their duties and responsibilities include:
  • Selling services such as: Friction, Ride Control and Tires. 
  • Customer engagement: Actively greet and engage customers as they enter the store, establishing rapport and understanding customer needs and preferences.
  • Product knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of automotive maintenance specifications, features, and benefits of each vehicle.
  • Needs assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments by asking open-ended questions to identify customer requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Demonstration of vehicles recommended services: Provide engaging and informative vehicle demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Sales presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations that address customer needs, showcase the value of the service, and differentiate the Midas offerings from competitors.
  • Negotiation skills: Utilize strong negotiation skills to handle financing options and follow up after the sale.
  • Maintaining relationships: Manage relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
  • Compliance with regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the automotive industry.

Midas is currently offering competitive base and uncapped performance-based bonus. If you feel that you fit these requirements we would love to hear from you. 

Compensation: $70, $90,000.00 per year
