We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in automotive repair and maintenance. The Automotive Mechanic will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing both hand and power tools to diagnose and repair vehicles effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of vehicles, ensuring all work meets industry standards.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles, including checking schematics for electrical systems and components.
  • Assemble and disassemble vehicle parts as needed for repairs or replacements.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's condition and necessary repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Assist with heavy lifting of automotive parts and equipment as required during repairs or maintenance tasks.

Experience

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Mechanic is essential, with dealership experience being a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment is required.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics related to automotive systems.
  • Experience in welding is a plus, enhancing your ability to perform various repair tasks.
