Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, and enhancing our online presence. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively manage various marketing campaigns and projects.

Duties

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including e-commerce initiatives and SEO optimization.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, particularly on platforms like Facebook, to drive engagement and sales.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and product offerings.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics for digital campaigns.
  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and optimize content for better user experience.
  • Implement Google AdWords campaigns to improve online visibility and drive traffic to the website.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective messaging and audience targeting.
  • Maintain the company's WordPress site, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Assist in budgeting for marketing projects and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial plans.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including e-commerce strategies and SEO practices.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other social media platforms for promotional activities.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Experience with product management processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating marketing materials.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google AdWords for campaign analysis.
  • Familiarity with HTML is beneficial for website management tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
