Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules
  • Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams to maintain productivity and quality standards
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for project tracking and reporting
  • Monitor quality control processes to ensure work meets safety regulations and project specifications
  • Manage project budgets, track costs, and assist with construction estimating as needed
  • Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections to maintain a secure work environment
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and team members to resolve issues promptly
  • Prepare progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Proven supervising experience in commercial or residential construction projects
  • Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools
  • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, and budgeting principles
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations in the construction industry
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse project stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management or related fields are preferred but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
