As a high performing Sales Onboarding Specialist, you will join our growing contact centre team. This role involved managing inbound sales through Chat, SMS, email and calls while delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Handle inbound sales inquiries across multiple channels: Chat, SMS, email and phone.
Convert inquiries into sales by understanding the customer needs and recommending tailor solutions.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics
Proactively manage a sales pipeline during slower periods, ensuring all leads are nurtured.
Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to identify and implement process improvements.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in Salesforce

Proven experience in Sales, ideally in a contact centre or multi channel environment
A track record of exceeding sales targets while delivering customer focused solutions
Familiarity with salesforce and pipeline management
If bilingual: must be fully Bilingual in English and French or Mandarin, both verbal and written
