About Us

Techlem Medical is a growing organization specializing in stretchers and other healthcare equipments. We are looking for a highly organized and experienced General Warehouse and Shipping & Receiving Associate to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely handling of all inbound and outbound shipments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate packaging, labeling, and documentation.
  • Create and print shipping labels using carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL, etc.).
  • Coordinate pickup times with carriers and ensure shipments are ready on schedule.
  • Verify order accuracy before sealing and shipping.
  • Assist in staging, labeling, and palletizing products.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits.
  • Create customer quotations using QuickBooks with accurate pricing and item details.
  • Assist customers or internal departments with order status, product availability, or shipping updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory adjustments.
  • Cut materials for mattress orders following required measurements and specifications.
  • Organize, stock, and maintain inventory in assigned warehouse areas.
  • Monitor material usage and report low stock or reordering needs.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with WMS systems, inventory software, or shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email).
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
