Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Calgary, AB. The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for executing daily dispatch operations, coordinating with drivers, managing delivery schedules, and communicating with customers to ensure efficient service. The role involves multi-tasking responsibilities such as organizing transportation operations, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining accurate data entry records.

Qualifications

  • Strong Dispatching skills with the ability to coordinate schedules and deliveries efficiently
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with drivers, customers, and team members effectively
  • Customer Service skills to provide solutions and address concerns promptly
  • Proven ability as a Skilled Multi-tasker to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads
  • Proficiency in Data Entry to maintain accurate and organized records
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations and industry practices is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or related fields is a bonus
