We are seeking a Sales Manager who is a creative, strategic thinker with strong tactical execution capabilities. This role is ideal for a results driven professional who can build relationships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth while adding balance and leadership to our team.

Duties:

  • Design and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
  • Oversee and motivate the sales reps, ensuring high performance.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to forecast future sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Reps, Clients, and business partners.
  • Develop tailored sales proposals and presentations for clients, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Track and follow up on proposal status with Consultants, Contractors, and Sales Representatives to ensure timely progress.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company database, ensuring proper tracking of leads and sales opportunities.
  • Lead conferences, webinars, and product presentations to engage potential clients, showcase products/services, and build brand and technology awareness.
  • Train and develop sales reps to improve product knowledge and performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence by targeting new regions.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure sales strategies align with broader business goals.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, metrics, and progress toward targets to management.
  • Identify new Reps in unrepresented areas.
  • Address Sales Rep Issues.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Analytics, Communications, or Statistics is preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, proposal development, or business development support, preferably in a B2B or consultative sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, perform market research, and contribute to strategic planning efforts aimed at driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and tools for managing leads, client interactions, and internal coordination.
  • Experience within the Water Industry is a plus.
  • Must be eligible to travel within Canada and to the United States as required.
