**What Do You Bring to the Table?**
- You've had success in vehicle sales and/or sales management
- Experience training and motivating sales teams
- You have a solid history of teamwork and success
- You have a valid driver's license
- You have a valid OMVIC license

**Your Role in Our Team**:
You'll work with sales consultants every day to review goals, offer support, and build a high-performing team. Here's what you'll do:

- Sell pre-owned vehicles to current and potential customers
- Handle used vehicle displays and stay updated on car auction trends
- Make sure we follow OMVIC and MVDA rules
- Use vAuto for inventory management, appraising, and more
- Look at customer preferences, dealership sales history, and local market data to make smart inventory decisions
- Regularly talk with the management team about used car goals and inventory issues

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
