Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to join their team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to our company's success and growth by delivering exceptional day-to-day service to our Commercial Lines clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day servicing of the book, collaborating with clients and Sales Professionals to ensure satisfaction.

  • Review clients' current coverage, exposures, and loss experience to analyze risk and determine appropriate product/service requirements.

  • Input and update claims and new client information, maintaining accuracy and completeness.

  • Assist with client inquiries and rush assignments, addressing insureds' questions and concerns promptly via various communication channels.

  • Negotiate with insuring partners to secure optimal solutions for clients' risk transfer options.

  • Thoroughly document all communications and interactions with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders.

  • Prepare and forward binders for renewals as instructed, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

  • Manage client accounts receivables, ensuring financial transactions align with established guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Commercial Lines experience, preferably from a brokerage or insurance company.

  • R.I.B.O license and/or working towards C.I.P or C.A.I.B designations is an asset.

  • Interpersonal, strong communication, and active listening skills to foster effective client relationships.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent organizational skills, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

  • Proactive, self-motivated nature to drive success in the role.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
