Summary:
Our award-winning client is seeking an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to join their team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to our company's success and growth by delivering exceptional day-to-day service to our Commercial Lines clients.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day servicing of the book, collaborating with clients and Sales Professionals to ensure satisfaction.
Review clients' current coverage, exposures, and loss experience to analyze risk and determine appropriate product/service requirements.
Input and update claims and new client information, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
Assist with client inquiries and rush assignments, addressing insureds' questions and concerns promptly via various communication channels.
Negotiate with insuring partners to secure optimal solutions for clients' risk transfer options.
Thoroughly document all communications and interactions with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and forward binders for renewals as instructed, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Manage client accounts receivables, ensuring financial transactions align with established guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of Commercial Lines experience, preferably from a brokerage or insurance company.
R.I.B.O license and/or working towards C.I.P or C.A.I.B designations is an asset.
Interpersonal, strong communication, and active listening skills to foster effective client relationships.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Proactive, self-motivated nature to drive success in the role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
