Job Description:Design and build a new PowerBI workforce insights dashboard which consolidates HCM data metrics. Responsibilities will include project planning, stakeholder engagement, prototype design, testing, and release. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to ensure alignment with business objectives and data reporting requirements. This includes collaboration with both technical and non-technical resources. Capture and maintain documentation of business and technical information, ensuring transparency and traceability. Develop training materials and strategies to enable end-users to effectively use the new dashboard. Provide training to the internal team as needed. Identify and escalate issues and risks as appropriate, and work to resolve them to ensure smooth project progression. Manage tasks, action items, and timelines for the project. Follow up on outstanding items and escalate as needed. Effectively communicate findings, insights, and project progress to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner for both technical and non-technical audiences. Prepare presentations and demonstrations for engagement with stakeholders. Ensure data governance and data quality practices are adhered to in the creation and maintenance of the new dashboard. Ensure that data security and privacy guidelines are followed in all aspects of the work.Must HaveEducationPost-Secondary degree, diploma or certificate in Computer Science or related field of study. Yes Work ExperienceDirect hands-on experience with a comprehensive set of visualization techniques and features that demonstrate both technical depth and storytelling skill using Power Bi. 5 yearsExperience developing complex measures, calculated columns, advanced time intelligence using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) in Power Bi 5 yearsDirect hands-on experience in analyzing large complex datasets to perform trend analysis, predictive analytics, and forecasting using Power BI and Azure analytics tools 5 yearsExperience in creating and implementing business intelligence requirements. 5 yearsExperience preparing visualizations, dashboards, and analytical models 5 yearsExperience understanding and developing requirements for analytical projects. 5 yearsExperience with Contact Centre as a service (CCaaS) solutions and understanding of client interaction data is required. 5 yearsNice to HaveWork ExperienceExperience with dimensional modeling techniques. 4 yearsExperience with Power BI, Powerview, Microsoft SQL Reporting, and Analytical Services. 4 yearsExperience with relational database modeling techniques. 4 yearsExperience working in a data warehouse/business intelligence or relevant data environment in either a development or support role. 4 years
