Temporary Part Time opportunity with the option of Full-Time employment. Must be willing and able to work evening shifts (6PM-Midnight).

Overview

As a Computer Technician in our refurbishing department, you'll be responsible for running systems through our testing and audit benches. You'll work in a fast-paced production environment where both speed and accuracy matter. Your work ensures that every computer meets our strict quality standards before it reaches our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Run hardware and software diagnostics using company tools and checklists
  • Test key components (RAM, CPU, HDD/SSD, ports, Wi-Fi, etc.)
  • Install operating systems and software images
  • Identify and report hardware issues or missing components
  • Keep accurate records of testing results and completed units
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without cutting corners
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and Windows operating systems
  • Previous experience in computer repair or refurbishing is an asset
  • Comfortable working in a structured, production-line environment
  • Able to lift and move desktop and laptop computers
