Daily Stock Specialist
Job Purpose
The Daily Stock Specialist role is a frontline position that is focused on driving inventory excellence and customer service. Reporting to the assigned Inventory Department Manager, the Daily Stock Specialist prioritizes tasks for the Inventory Team based on the direction from the store leadership team to ensure that all inventory activities are completed on time and in full.

Duties And Responsibilities
Customer service:

  • The Daily Stock Specialist position is required to complete customer service tasks and shifts

Inventory Management

  • Complete inbound shipment preparation work.
  • Responsible for e-receiving of completed inventory transfers.

Task Coordination

  • The DM/AGM of Inventory provides direction and priorities for the day.
  • Manage Daily task co-ordination for the Inventory team.

  • Co-ordinating fellow team members on the following activities:

  • Unloading of inbound Distribution Centre loads

  • Processing of inbound stock
  • Re-stocking

  • Backstock maintenance

  • Validate and monitor progress of tasks based on the priorities set for the day

  • This role organizes and delegates inventory tasks.
