Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales, and expertise in technology and technical sales environments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop strategic sales initiatives, expand customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service across all client interactions.

Duties

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets through effective coaching and performance management
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase revenue
  • Manage key accounts, nurture client relationships, and identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics
  • Engage in outside sales activities including client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights for senior management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology or technical products preferred
  • Strong background in marketing, customer service, and account management
  • Demonstrated success in business development and expanding client portfolios
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales processes and data analysis
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience managing a sales team or leading projects
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data, sales metrics, and customer feedback for strategic decision-making
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging clients and internal stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving
